In 1957, Bill Schluter started a family construction business based on offering quality craftsmanship to everyone at an affordable price. Thanks to the spirited drive of his son Jerry, that tradition continues today as Legacy Building and Design LLC.

Legacy’s main goals are to affirm our family beliefs and values of tradition, quality, and take pride in craftsmanship.  Also, our objective is to successfully operate in today’s dynamic and challenging environments while becoming the first choice for today’s consumers.

Our services include (but are not limited to) new home construction, additions, remodeling, replacement windows & doors, new cabinets, custom design services and the areas only “price guarantee”. No job is too big or too small.
